Smart working: lavoro agile, lavoro riconosciuto\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Anche se sei un nativo digitale ti sarai accorto dei <\/span>continui cambiamenti resi possibili dalla rete<\/b>. Grandi o piccoli che siano, questi ininterrotti passaggi verso il futuro hanno stravolto – e ogni giorno \u00e8 una nuova scoperta – il modo di lavorare, di scambiarsi le comunicazioni, di conservare i dati, di rapportarsi con i clienti, di gestire le proprie attivit\u00e0 quotidiane.<\/span><\/p>\n

La grande conquista dello smart working nel Vecchio Continente \u00e8 ben visibile: alcune aziende lo applicano da anni, permettendo ai propri dipendenti di lavorare da casa un giorno alla settimana. Il tema \u00e8 diventato di cos\u00ec grande interesse che di smart working si parla anche nella <\/span>Legge di Stabilit\u00e0 2016<\/b>: l\u2019antico concetto di \u201ctelelavoro\u201d si trasforma e al lavoratore dipendente sono riconosciuti i pieni diritti di un lavoro flessibile, per una <\/span>maggiore conciliazione dei tempi lavoro – vita privata<\/b>. Con il mantenimento delle medesime condizioni contrattuali (leggi la <\/span>bozza del DDL sul lavoro agile<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Smart working: gli strumenti indispensabili\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ma quali sono gli strumenti indispensabili per chi lavora in modalit\u00e0 \u201csmart working\u201d? Dividiamo in 2 grandi categorie: hardware e software.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smart working: hardware\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

La dotazione hardware per chi lavora da casa o in mobilit\u00e0 consiste in:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Computer (desktop, laptop, PC, Mac\u2026 ognuno sceglie quello che preferisce);<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Smartphone;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Tablet (opzionale);<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Connessione internet.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Riteniamo lo smartphone essenziale per i lavoratori \u201cagili\u201d: l\u2019azienda e i clienti possono avere necessit\u00e0 di entrare in contatto con loro, per cui anche in fede al loro contratto devono essere reperibili per rispondere ai bisogni.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Per la connessione internet, suggeriamo una tecnologia a banda larga. A mali estremi, se si \u00e8 all\u2019aperto in luoghi non coperti da wi-fi, lo smartphone pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato come router.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Smart working: software<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Quali software sono indispensabili per affrontare lo smart working?<\/span><\/p>\n

    • App \/ web app per la posta elettronica;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sistema di Instant Messaging;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Cloud per la condivisione e l\u2019archiviazione di documenti;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Gestionale online per le attivit\u00e0 dell\u2019azienda: inserimento, monitoraggio, coordinazione, attuazione dei vari task.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Il <\/span>software per la gestione online delle attivit\u00e0 aziendali<\/b> \u00e8 fondamentale, soprattutto se si lavora a interventi o su progetti che coinvolgono numerose persone lontane da loro geograficamente o in mobilit\u00e0: da un\u2019unica interfaccia con accesso via browser o via app si ha sotto controllo tutta la situazione, si \u00e8 immediatamente informati sui task in arrivo, in attesa e quelli completati e si pu\u00f2 procedere anche con la fatturazione. Uno strumento che <\/span>semplifica la vita aziendale<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
